With over 20 years of involvement in the Real Estate Construction and Development industry, Peter is a seasoned professional with extensive technical experience. His knowledge spans the entire spectrum of projects, from early to advanced stages, encompassing site purchasing, permitting, site servicing, and general contracting.
Peter’s approach is grounded in “boots on the ground” knowledge, providing him with a comprehensive understanding of the intricacies involved in real estate projects. His wealth of experience positions him as a key player in steering projects to success.
Peter’s experience in construction began 20 years ago, with the purchase of a tear down and the subsequent rebuild of a new home. From there, he began buying 2-5 building lots in new subdivisions and constructing homes for sale. Over 10 years ago now, Peter’s experience evolved into buying raw land and developing properties into brand-new single family or townhome lots across North America, working in both partnership and individual ventures.
